Online Membership Application Rate Schedule

The base rate for all businesses is $250.00

Business Classification:

Retail/Wholesale/Manufacturing/Hospitals

Dues are based upon the number of employees.

$250.00 plus $2.50 per full-time employee, and $1.25 per part-time.

Not-For Profit Associations

$250.00

Banks/Financial Institutions $250.00 plus

$21 for each million of assets up to $100 million

$16 for each million over $100 million

Assets in Lycoming County only. Minimum membership dues of $750.

Hotel/Motel
$250.00 plus $4 per room

(with $2.10 for each room going to the Visitors Bureau).

Government Agencies
$250.00 plus $1.00 per full-time employee, and $.50 per part-time employee.

Architect, Attorney, Chiropractors, CPA, Dentist, Doctor, Insurance, Investment/Business/Mortgage Brokers, Investment/Financial, Opticians, Real Estate, Veterinarians
Any agent, broker, or licensed professional currently working for a member firm who holds a membership is eligible for Associate membership. Each licensed professional will be listed in the Membership Directory 

$250.00 plus $5 per agent/broker/licensed professional and employee

Utilities
$250.00 plus additional fee determined upon service area.
Minimum membership dues of $1,000.

Newspaper
$250.00 plus .03675 multiplied by the average daily circulation.

Your membership fees may be deductible as a business expense.
