Leadership Lycoming
Purpose:
To understand the needs of the communities it
serves, then educate and motivate potential
leaders to commit themselves to address those
needs through a variety of community leadership
roles.

descriptions for Officers of the Leadership
Lycoming Board of Trustees and Committee Chairs
outlining specific job tasks and committee
responsibilities.

layout for the organization’s website,

with a communication tool to aid in a more

Program by updating the existing contact list for direct mail/phone solicitation and
change advertising materials to include
testimonials from past attendees.

directory/database.

with a goal of thirty applicants for 2009.

Leadership Lycoming programs through current

YOUTH LEADERSHIP LYCOMING
Action Items:

awareness of the Youth Leadership Lycoming
program by conducting school visitations,
updating school district administrators and
utilizing alumni to promote the program at other
community service events.
...Conduct the sixth year of the Youth
Leadership program.
...Seek out new and increased funding sources
for the Youth Leadership program.
...Look for opportunities to work with Youth
Leadership Alumni.
...Continue to survey the Youth Leadership
