Business Retention Efforts for
Lycoming County
“We’re glad you’re here contributing to the
economy and we want you to stay and grow here. What can we do to help?”
This is the message that the Team Pennsylvania
Business Calling Program initiative and the Industrial Properties Corporation
are shouting to Lycoming County, Pennsylvania’s business owners. The IPC is
dedicated to partnering with our local companies to help them expand and stay
competitive in today’s business world.
The IPC is actively involved in the Business Calling
Program which is a proactive business retention strategy that connects
businesses with regional networks of economic and workforce development
resources. When your company is contacted to participate in a Team PA Business
Calling Program visit, the Lycoming County regional coordinator will visit you
for a face-to-face survey that helps…
-
Identify
business needs and concerns
-
Determine
industry and regional trends
-
Inform
about new economic development resources
-
Connect
businesses with local, state and national service providers
If you
would like to take a few minutes and participate in the Team PA Business Calling
Program your commitment to your community will be greatly appreciated. If you
are located in Lycoming County and are interested in a visit contact the economic development specialist at the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of
Commerce at 320-4209.
