The Williamsport - Lycoming Arts Council is a non-profit organization that supports more than 30 arts and cultural organizations in our area through grants and awards, fundraising, public education, recreation, and co-operative planning. Since 1961 the council has been dedicated to serving and assisting local artist. Every year the council organizes the Susquehanna Valley Festival of the Arts. Located on Pennsylvania College of Technology’s campus this two-day festival celebrates local artisans, culinary arts, music, and children’s entertainment.
